Shipping & Delivery
After confirmation of the order by the Laflanelle company and after having received full payment for the order by the buyer, the Laflanelle company undertakes to ship to the buyer, under its responsibility, the items ordered from delivery address within 1 to 4 working days, excluding public holidays and unless otherwise specified at the time of the order.
The items are shipped to the delivery address that the buyer will have indicated during the ordering process. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and the Laflanelle company cannot be held responsible for a delivery not made or made late in the event of an incorrect or incomplete postal address.
The Laflanelle company works with La Poste and Mondial Relay for its shipments. However, the professional customer, if he has an account with a carrier, can have the transport taken care of by this carrier and collect his order from the head office of the Laflanelle company, after having made the request by email to address contact@laflanelle.fr or by telephone on +33(0) 984 320 212 and have obtained authorization from Laflanelle by email. In this case, the Laflanelle company does not participate in the transport costs and responsibilities, which remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.
The indicative delivery times given by the carriers, from the day of shipment "D", depending on the country of destination are as follows:
Deposit follow-up letter without signature (3cm max. thickness – some orders cannot benefit from it):
D+2 working days for Metropolitan France
D+3 to D+5 working days for the European countries concerned by the offer
D+3 to D+8 worked for the United States, Russia, the countries of Asia and Oceania concerned by the offer
Colissimo deposit without Signature (some destinations are not concerned):
D+2 working days for Metropolitan France
D+3 to D+7 working days for the European countries concerned by the offer
D+5 working days for Overseas, OM1 zone
D+7 working days for Overseas, OM2 zone
Colissimo deposit with Signature
D+2 working days for Metropolitan France
D+3 to D+7 working days for the European countries concerned by the offer
D+3 to D+8 working days for the United States, Russia, the countries of Asia and Oceania concerned by the offer

Any customs fees, import taxes or customs formalities required in the country of delivery are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
The buyer has the possibility of purely and simply canceling his order if his order has not reached him within a period exceeding by 10 days the maximum period indicated for the carrier chosen at the time of the order. The buyer must then announce his intention by email to the address contact@laflanelle.fr or by telephone at +33(0) 984 320 212.
In all cases, delivery costs are subject to VAT, including for export, the amount of the latter being indicated on the invoice.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
The buyer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of his order for an exchange or refund of items in their original condition and packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer except in the case of an obvious defect of the article or an error committed and recognized by the Laflanelle company.
Any return must imperatively have been authorized by the Laflanelle company (the seller), which determines the validity of the return on the basis of the buyer's arguments. No return will be accepted or taken into account without prior authorization and the Laflanelle company disclaims all liability in the case of a shipment decided unilaterally by the buyer.
Upon receipt, returned items, which must be accompanied by their original invoice, are assessed by Laflanelle to determine their condition and compliance. The Laflanelle company cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during the transport of the returned items and recalls the full responsibility of the buyer in the careful packaging of the items. No returned items will be refunded or exchanged if they are not in their original condition.
If the control of the returned items proves positive, in the case of a refund request, the full refund of the products excluding postage is then made as soon as possible and if it is a request for exchange, the replacement products will then be sent as soon as possible, the shipping costs remaining the responsibility of the buyer who must pay them before any shipment.

The Laflanelle company also reserves the right to refuse any package, exchange or refund, if the return conditions set out above are not respected.
